Anne looks for a unique mixture of house, location and price for each client.

In other words, the right match.

Greg, a recently transferred CEO, wanted flair, a contemporary feeling, something within walking distance to Princeton. But the traditional houses close to town didn't fit Greg’s expectations. Then Anne introduced him to the vaulted-ceiling model in an active adult community. And that was it.

Newlyweds Patrick and Kimberly, who didn't have much cash, saw their first seven offers rejected by sellers. Kimberly got discouraged, but Anne persevered until she found a cute house in perfect condition. And the sale went through. Patrick and Kimberly have lived there happily for five years.

The first afternoon David and Laura went looking with Anne, they bought a house. They hadn’t any idea what they wanted—besides more room—so they expected a long search. But Anne, who selects houses carefully, showed them an airy townhouse that they loved right away.

Melissa and Chris moved a lot and knew they wanted a house in the country but with other families close enough for their daughters to have playmates. Anne found the house they described and then handled business details with an out-of-town seller. A little more than a year later, they were on the move again and whom did they ask to sell their house?
Anne, of course.
